Welcome to FIT FOR 100
Dedicated to helping you to live healthier for longer.
The average lifespan in the Western world is around 80 years old.

Unfortunately the average age that humans are being diagnosed with a chronic non-communicable* disease in the West is 63 years old.

This means that about the age that we retire, and should be enjoying the fruits of our labour, is the age we are being stuck down by chronic diseases.

Fortunately it doesn't have to be this way.
The prevalence of these diseases, which we have begun to think are inevitable are largely a cause of our Western lifestyles.

This is wonderful news as it means that we have much greater control over our health outcomes than we realised.

By making changes to our lifestyle and putting a greater over all focus on our well being, we can significantly reduce the risk of the onset of these chronic diseases, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's, arthritis and high blood pressure.
*non-communicable, means the disease cannot be passed on or caught.
